Yankee Cats Regeus Timbavati's White Lion
Timba is the boy I wanted from Lici. In the first seconds after his birth I knew he would stay, no matter how he turned out. Now he can enjoy his kittenhood and grow up in peace, and then we'll see if he'll be used for breeding someday.
Regeus (pronounced "Reed-shes") is the name of this white lion from the Timbavati region in South Africa, and means "Ray of Sunshine" or "Sun King". Timbavati is the Tsonga word for "the place where something sacred came to earth" and indicates the place of orign of the white lions in South Africa.
I'm looking forward to watching Timba develop :-)
