Yankee Cats Priya the Beloved
Priya fulfills many of my color wishes, although she is partly as light silver as shaded, she still has visible red spots. Like her father Jamiro, she thus combines the traits I was hoping for: shaded and red. While the exact distribution of white versus silver isn't entirely clear yet, the right side of her face is definitely silver (shaded) rather than white.
When she reminded me of Jared with the messy face she made while learning to eat—and given the particularly strong bond we formed because of those early feeding challenges—my decision was made: Priya is staying!
Priya is my baby; keeping her is a decision made from the heart, and perhaps with an eye toward breeding. I am excited to see how she develops.
